In POwerpoint 2003 you could view guides on your slides, movable lines so you could line elements up from slide to slide. In 2007 all i can seem to do is view the rules and gridlines - where is the command to show the drawing guide lines?

Is there a way in PPT 2007 to change the way you insert and deal with data from graphs and charts back to the old way instead of it using Excel. This new way really sucks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Paul

I have a presentation with both Audio and Movies. I need to email the entire presentation to someone - but do I need to email all the AVI's and the Mp3's as well? Does Powerpoint embed the info or just reference it from the original files?

I want to default all the charts I make in PowerPoint to excel rather than Microsfot graph automatically opening. Is this possible? I find Graph to be very limiting and most clients use excel for spreadsheets anyways so I want to keep the programs consistant.

I am using ppt 2004 for mac. I am trying to convert the ppt to a mov file. When I save the file the quicktime movie is double the length of time as the original file. Does anyone know if there is a setting to fix this? The sound files do not play when I view the mov file. ...

I can see the graphics in the slide pane but not in the workspace. When I click the area where the graphics are the area is marked but the graphics can't be seen. I know there is a check box somewhere but I can't find it.

I am making a slide show presentation that I want to add a song to. I downloaded a wma file from Yahoo musicmatch. Can this be inserted somehow and play like I can a wav file (or even a track ripped from my cd)? Thanks!
