Every time I close PowerPoint, I get the error message "Microsoft

After I have created my PP presentation and copied to CD when I insert the
disk the presentation takes up the complete screen on the Monitor.  Is there
any way to format the presentation before copying it to the CD so that it
does not take up the whole screen?

I tried to paste an excel chart (with some inserted texts) in a powerpoint
slide. However some of the texts are not captured in the slide. Some are
being cut off.

Do you have to be in Slide Show for hyperlinks to work, or is there a way to
make them work in Normal View?
