I have an mp3 (music) that starts when my presentation begins, but I would like to incorporate a check box in the lower left corner that would allow the user to turn off the background music by unchecking the box. Do-able? If so, how? Any better alternatives?

I start a chart by choosing a layout and enter data into a spreadstreet format, but entering initial data to each cell and go to the chart to tweak the font, colour etc, I can't then return to the spreadsheet format to enter more data? thanks
