I cannot locate Powerpoint on my computer.  All the other Office programs are
there.  Could it have not been installed originally? Or could it have been
removed and if so, how can I get it back on the desktop or programs so it can
be used.  It doesn't appear in any program ...

After compressing pictures as much as possible and saving, the file size is
still very large. How can I reduce the file size? The presentation is 3
slides with 4 tiny pictures. The original file size of the pictures was large.

I installed Office Pro Trial version only selecting PowerPoint.

Hi - I wonder if there is a way to group, say, two or three shapes, and then

In Powerpoint 2003 I was able to view animations by clicking 'Play' on the
Custom Animation pane (same when adding/changing a custom animation). The

I work for a small college and I have been asked by Admin. to create an
"interactive" presentation for the students. The main process is as follows:
Slide 1: student selects a program (froma list) and clicks on a command
button to continue

I just bought a nice microphone to record narration with Power Point. I see
in previous comments that I should not record into Power Point, but I just
want to make it as easy as possible to start out. I have tested the mic
through the Control Panel and I hear my voice playing ...

I'd rather do that than mouse it, but I don't see an available option
(as exists in MS Word).
