I have many Visio plots and drawings in PPT presentations. I can doubleclick
the image on a slide to get to Visio 2003 for editing the Visio image.
However, I can neither zoom in or out on the image. Is this a bug or do I
need to alter a parameter in PPT 2007?

I use autoshapes to provide background-color to emphasize specific words in
a textbox.  This puts the autoshape behind the textbox making selection of
the autoshape difficult.
My technique is to select any object on the screen, and press "Tab"

Does anyone know how to create those click-able check mark boxes in
powerpoint (i.e. the kind you click on and the circle turns dark to signify
you selected that option, "yes" or 'no", rate on scale of 1 to 10, etc).  I
know you can create a field to do it in word, but not sure ...

I have the following situation. In an Excel file I have all employees. I had
to select the persons with certain criterias. These persons have to presented
to Management in Powerpoint with all their relevant info. At first we can
only Copy - Paste Special - Paste Link.

Is there a software fix from MS about this? I've seen a couple of posts that
say you have to have a printer driver - well, there are the two from MS that
came installed, and then there is the default driver for the office
(networked) machine.  

I have a PPT with five different songs on it. All of them work except one.

When PowerPoint is started a dialog is displayed. The title is “Data
Assistant”. The text is “Either Microsoft Office PowerPoint or Microsoft
Office Excel is not installed.” Excel does not display this dialog when

I know how to insert one picture at a time in one slide, is there a way to
insert a number of pictures into a number of slides all at once to save time.
