Using FrontPage 2000, I tried to add a PowerPoint Show to my web site.

It is slow and sluggish. Can you direct me to how I can improve this?

I'm creating a "welcome" slide.  I have a background picture and some text
that says welcome on the top half of my slide.  I want the names of the
visitors' names to scroll up the bottom half of the slide, just below
"welcome".  Currently, the names scroll up the entire slide, ...

I have an object in a slide linked to an excel dataset.  
The problem I am experiencing is that the visible object on the ppt slide
extends across more rows and columns than I want it to - I can't seem to set
the excel rows and cells to be displayed in ppt.

I am not able to use any features of Powerpoint 2003 in Vista. Some of
the problems:
1. When I double click a PPT file, the PPT program opens up, but I
cant see the slides.

Can anyone tell me how I can get some VBA to run when a presentation is
shown or when a slide appears without the user doing anything?
There doesn't seem to be an onOpen or onLoad method for either a slide or a
presentation like there is in other Office products.

Is there an easy way to copy-protect a presentation CD?
I have produced a CD presentation of a WWII fighter pilot's flying log
book, with added explanatory text. It will be available to about 50
people, but somehow it needs to be protected from being commercialised

I am setting a slide show for Kiosk mode because I do not want random
keystrokes to end the show prematurely. But when I use Kiosk mode, Loop
continuously until ESC is grayed out, and cannot be changed. I do not want my
show to loop.

Where is the printer dialogue box?

I have prepared a presentation and want to put three slides on a page with
text lines on the side. I want to print this for my own reference. I don't
know how to  start. Please help!!

Is it possible to set the size (cm's or something else).
I want to create a new photo album but have pictures placed into the center
of the screen - so I can put some words under each picture.  I don't want the
picture to fill the entire screen.

I have a few hundred jpegs that I will be showing on a PP presentation.  I
would like to insert some words (the same words) along the base of each
picture.  I don't really want to cut and paste hundreds of times - is there a
method to copy this text to all slides.

I have several .pdf files I need to import into a power point presentation.  
If necessary, I can run them through ABBA to decompile them and use word
formating, but I would like to bypass this step.  they are company files that
were created before I started here, and the original ...

I am using Powerpoint 2002 both at home and work.  
On my computer at home, I am unable to insert music.  I have done this
before, but don't know what is wrong.  The procedure I am using is:
Insert > Movies & Sounds > Sound From File    

I ma just wondering wehther anyone knows of a way that I could play a Power
Point slideshow that I recently created on a DVD player?  I have DVD's to
burn it onto but I have to figure out how to make it play.  If anyone has any
ideas that would be great!

How can I setup a jpg file to be my PowerPoint Template and have Text box
from master view work just as any other template applyed as a design template.
