I am creating little reports in Excel (with Text Descriptions) and Copy/Paste
Special Linking them into Powerpoint.  I'm finding that Powerpoint messes up
the text a little bit and I cannot figure out why.   An example of this is
this:

Would liket to know how to create a link in powerpoint that opens a PDF
document on a specific page.  Both files the PDF and the PowerPoint reside on
the same directory.

I am trying to set default text in powerpoint not to show with a shadow.   I
have tried everything I can think of.  As soon as I use the text box item,
and type, anything I type comes in with a shadow.  I have tried right

I have created a custom show from a larger presentation.  All works fine
except that when i am showing the custom show I cannot 'scroll back' to
previosu slides.  When I click the left arrow it takes me back to the
immediately previsou slide but clicking it again does not take me ...

My boss would like to give copies of his presentations to others so that
they can just "click" their way through the slides, but cannot alter it in
anyway. I am a newbie to PP and will muchly appreciate any suggestions.

Is there a way to disable the keyboard buttons while a PPS plays. I am
distributing a PPS, and I would like for it not to respond to random or
accidently keystrokes or mouse clicks, although it would be good if viewers

I teach high school and the custom templates my students create are saved on
the C: Drive instead of their home directories.  We can get the templates to
appear in the preview task pane if we Browse...for them, but we can't get
them to apply to the slide show.  Can anyone help?  ...

I selected "Show Presenter View" in PowerPoint 2007's Set Up Show dialog, and
also set the "Display slide show on:" option to Monitor 2.  (I want the slide
show to be on Monitor 2 (the projector) and the Presenter View on the Primary
Monitor, my laptop display.)
