How do I fade music in and out in PowerPoint 2003?

I have prepared a slideshow and inserted sound using the "Play CD audio
track" command.  Now I want to package the slideshow for others to use, but
the resultant product does not play sound once the show is packaged to a disc.

I have an existing PPT that I am opening in 2007.  There are images on the
master slide that I cannot edit in any way.  I can hide them by selecting
"Hide Background Graphics" but that is it.  All other controls have no effect
on these graphics.  There is also a background image ...

Can I insert a Flash file (swf) into PowerPoint?  If so...how?

I have found that animated gifs generated by Photoshop CS3 do not
animate in PPT 2007, at least on my testing of them. The same gif
saved by good old ImageReady CS2 works fine.
I know this is more an ADobe issue, but has anyone any experience.

   Have a PPT with integrated sound file wav , how can i remove this music from the ppt and have only the presentation without music file.

Im trying to embed a midi file to my presentation, but when i opened in
another computer it doesnt work. I tried
1. Increasing file size limit in Tools->Options->General, but it still
doesnt work.

Is it possible that I can automate the drawing of a line. For example: in my
pp, I want a line to be drawn between two points automatically, as if
information was being sent from one to another, as in an interface. Is this
possible?

I need to insert various geographical sites and need world maps to show
anywhere from europe, china to africa - where would I find a download for

Am trying to insert a you tube clip into a powerpoint presentation.  It
appears to be a Flash video.  It works in Realplayer but is not recognised by
Windows Media player, Quicktime etc.  How can I play the clip in the
presentation?

When applying a custom template, a random text box shows up.  We can't
seem to figure out why this is happening.  It's not on the slide
master or on the original ppt we created the template from.

I am a teacher looking for a way for students to remember vocabulary.  I
would like to create a matching game in Powerpoint.  Any ideas how.
