I am not a programmer, but a novice interested in how I can add the
presentation's current path and file name to every slide. Does anyone know
how I can do that?

I've had a lot of trouble with the font changing when i insert the symbol E
into powerpoints. I'm using ppt 2003, and the optima, urwclassicoT, and
urwclassicoK fonts. When I insert the E it is in the right font, but if I
save and close the ppt, sometimes the E changes to a ...

i created a presentation. When I go to print the slides in black and white, I
only get the title of the slide and any pictures, none of the text I typed
shows up.

I have worked with desk-top publishing programs for 20 years (mainly
FrameMaker and PageMaker) and I still can't get how PowerPoint's tabs and

is it possible to make programs as fx graph, fx draw, fx stat as direct
buttons like in word. As doing insert object each time drives me nuts. I'm a
maths teacher and need to insert lots of these type of things. Thanks for any

Whenever I start PowerPoint 2002, I now get a  message:
"No PPTools found to install"
When I click "OK", everything seems to proceed as normal.

We have a huge project that we do every quarter.  We do approximately
1000 slides (one each for 1000 dealers) that each contain a bar chart
and some text.  Is there any way to do a "mail-merge type" setup in
Powerpoint so that we can create the chart once and have Powerpoint
