A colleague is experiencing an apparent duplication of the text within a text
box, but has no shadow options selectied.

The bullets in my PowerPoint bullet list are blank.  I hover over each box
and it says it is a specific bullet (i.e. checkmark, star, etc) but nothing
shows.  When I click to use that bullet, it aligns but no bullets show.
