What I am trying to do is simple, I just don't know if I can do it on PPT

For home basketball games at my school I want to create a Powerpoint with
different slides with messages such as; Defense!, Go Red!, Mike for Three!,

I have a PowerPoint 2003 question which is probably embarrassingly
simple.  For some reason, the slide layout bar appears at the top of
my slides, rather than on the right side of them, which is what I am
used to and what I would prefer.   How can I move it back?

I put some slides together for a meeting and was going to print them out.
Some of the slides printed right but I had about 4 slides that came out black

I just got a new laptop and customized it with Microsoft Office 2007 Basic. I
thought I was getting PowerPoint on it but it apparently does not come with
