I can't figure out how to set the default folder, which opens when I insert a picture from file, to the working folder. It keeps going back to MyDocuments/Photos which is something I don't use anyway. I can't find a preferences menu or something similar which includes it.

I have a problem with data presented on powerpoint. I have to prepare slides by representing some names in coded numbers as the names are sensitive. However, decision makers have right to view the name. as such I have to prepared another set of slides with names.
