I have inserted an excel object into a ppt presentation. I need to make some changes to the excel data afterwards. So when I click on the inserted object to make changes the object won't stay the proper size to fit on the ppt slide.

When doing a presentation, I want to have access to my speaker notes on the screen but not have them projected to what the audience sees. Is this possible? If I right click in slide show and pick screen and speakers notes, they show up on the presentation.

I know you can use the 'UNDO' button up to a certain amount of times to undo various commands as you work but with converting to "SMARTART", Is there a way to simply 'revert' back by clicking a button to reverse activating that command?

I have a relatively large number of older (Circa 1994- 1996) power point files which I believe are PowerPoint 95 (Office 95) files. Can anyone suggest a reliable means of updating or converting the files or otherwise getting Office 2007 to open them?

I saw recently in a presentation a number of graphs on one slide. When the presenter clicked on the graph it magnified. It wasn't an animation though as they could pick and choose which graph they wanted to show at any time, magnifying and then shrinking over and over again.

We are running PPT 2003 on Vista. When an object (text box, graphic, etc.) is selected with the mouse, it moves slightly to snap to grid. Is there any fix for this? We are able to duplicate this behavior on multiple systems and we do not have this problem on Windows XP SP2.

I created a PowerPoint slide show in Windows XP using PowerPoint 2002, but will be presenting it to my audience on a Windows 2000 computer. I have embedded each of my 6 wmv videos using Insert > Object > Create from file as per the recommendations from the msmvps.com/blogs
