presentation starts on slide 14 and the manually click thru the rest of the
presentation.  How do I make this happen?

I'm using MS Powerpoint 2002, and it has a nifty option in the File
menu called "Send to". Using this, you can select "Microsoft Word" and
then it exports little pictures of the slides into Word along with
adjacent note lines (to look just like a printed handout).

I am including background music in a PowerPoint presentation .  Each slide is
timed to last for a specific number of seconds.  I would like the background
music to fade out during the last slide.  How do I do that?

I want to have PowerPoint "speak" the text in each slide.  Can PowerPoint do
this?  What must I do?

I have an Access databse with about 150 records in it. I would like to
export selected fields from the database to a Powerpoint presentation.
Each record in the database represents a project, and each project requires
an individual slide.

Someone sent me a powerpoint presentation with the embedded music (as far as
I understand). Is there a way for me to download the embedded music from the
powerpoint presentation onto my PC?

If someone has two ppt's and say, wants to combine the first 6 slides of one
show with the last 9 slides of the second show, is there a way to do that
without losing the programming from either show?

I'm having trouble making various 3D shapes in the new 2007 Powerpoint.
Previously, I was able to make cones or pyramids by modifying the perspective
(to infinity) and rotating the shape. This was a kluge, but it worked. Now,

I am using Access 2003.
I created a slide that has a blue rectangle border and a graphic of a
picture corner holder in one corner.  (corner holder is like the old fashion
sticky corners that stuck to album pages used to hold pictures on the pages)  

I insert the Flash object in Powerpoint. The flash oject has an fscommand in
it and it will interact with the VBA in powerpoint. It works just fine.
I save and close powerpoint. When I reopen the powerpoint file the VBA code

Alright, I've looked around some, but figured I would just ask:
I am putting a songs along with slides for my rehearsal dinner this Friday.  
Well I added a song and set it to play during the slides, but there's no
sound and when I click preview to just try the song it says:

Is there any way to extract audio files once they have been embedded? (2003,
2007 on XP)
And the volume controls on Edit Sound Object seem to have no effect - am I
missing something?

I generate graphs on a remote computer using some thin client software
to display the results on my screen. Using powerpoint 2003, it was
easy to create multiple slides with different graph data. The process
