During a PowerPoint 2003 presentation while advancing to the next slide it
will go from the presentation mode into normal view. A small box appears that
says something like 'return to previous view'. Once clicked it returns to the
presentation mode.

I am importing pictures from a CD and the picture does not show - I just have

A client has built a highly professional add-in for PowerPoint and wants to
