In Powerpoint 2003 it was easy to specify the vertical distance between
bulleted list items -- there was a value for between bullets and a value for
lines within a bullet. I don't see how to accomplish this in PPT '07 -- how
do I get 1.0 btwn lines within a single bullet and 1.5 ...
