My company is creating a PowerPoint template that will be used by all employees. To keep things standard, I was wondering if it would be possible to restrict editing/changing of elements (fonts, images, etc.) placed on the slide master. I know you can do something similar to this ...

I am trying to save a powerpoint that was done in 2007 as a save as for powerpoint 97-2003 and keep getting an error that states "Powerpoint found an error that it can't correct. You should save your presentation, quit and restart Powerpoint." Any ideas on why this won't save?

Whenever I close Powerpoint I get a failure error and the program restarts and send diagnostics data to Microsoft. Word does this most of the time as well but not Outlook or Excel. I am running Office Outlook 2007 with SP1 on Windows XP SP2. I didn't always

the thing is we've had this newly designed ppt, but the graphs are done in another ppt file, i just need to transfer all graphs to this new template that looks like a word file instead of tranditional ppt, but it's still ppt. I'm using ppt 2003, the new template was designed

I have a 654 slide powerpoint that I did in 2007 and tried to convert back to 2003. When I try to open it it gives me an error message stating that there is not enough memory. Is there a way to fix this? I know that I have enough memory on my computer. Any help would great! ...

Powerpoint 2007 - save as PDF add-in appears to have a memory leak when saving a PDF (slides with notes) in PPT (haven't checked saving without notes). If use the add-in to save a 5 mb presentation as a low res (web quality) PDF, it takes ten minutes, and uses 600 mb of Page File ...

I am set up with dual monitors but I can't get PowerPoint to open a different presentation on each monitor. Word will do this, but not PowerPoint. Is there some setting that needs to checked/unchecked? I would like to view the presentations side by side.

I have a Vista/Office 2007 user who cannot see certain pictures in the slides. These are just PPT clip art pieces like shapes in the background of text, not images outside of PPT. I have users on XP machines who have either Office 2007 or 2003 can all see these images just fine. ...
