in my ms-word documents the sentences start from the right side how to bring
it on the left i m using the microsoft  office of 2003 i m using the arabic

During a powerpoint show, on each slide I would like to show a countdown
timer that starts from a fixed number, say 10 and goes down to 0 with each

Here is my problem.
I want to add a music file to a presentation that I want to continuously

when i work on a poster (<1MB) ppt becomes very slow. my laptop is new (3 GB
of RAM, dual core,  1.88Ghz).
there is no problem if i work on a desktop. It is really quick. I am using
office 2007.

So I have a 17 page PPT. All but 2 pages have a table. The last two pages
have 4 chart/graphs total. The file size is 16MB. The tables were originally
inserted excel objects. I thought that was the problem, so I converted them
to simple tables resident in the PPT. No change in ...

I have a presentation with a lot of pictures and when I go to the "compress"
option on format picture, I select the lowest resolution and hit apply and
then go back to it and it has reverted to the 200dpi option.
Doesn't matter if I do just the selected one, or all in the

I use a ton of tables in PowerPoint and can't seem to find the Table Border
dialog box like in 2003.  Please tell me it is still around.  The only way I
can find to do borders now, sucks.  Any ideas?

In powerpoint 2003 u were able to c 2 files or more  open at once in separate
screens/windows in the computer but in 2007 i can only see a file and work in
only one at a time.

I print my slides in handout form 6 to a page; for my use, not to pass out as actual handouts. I need the slide number below (or beside) the slide. How can I do this? I DO NOT want the slide number ON ...

large block diagrams on 11x17 pages.  I'll zoom in, select a single object,
modify it, and as soon as I deselect it the view suddenly shifts back to

I downloaded Business Vision template from Microsoft website
Presentation is fine - however, in either slide print or handouts print,
only the title on each slide will print and graphics - but no other text.  My
ppt version is 2003 SP3.

When I open the ppt. that is embedded in word it will open in presentation
mode. Does anyone know how to fix it to where it will open in edit mode and
not presentation?
