I downloaded Business Vision template from Microsoft website
Presentation is fine - however, in either slide print or handouts print,
only the title on each slide will print and graphics - but no other text.  My
ppt version is 2003 SP3.

When I open the ppt. that is embedded in word it will open in presentation
mode. Does anyone know how to fix it to where it will open in edit mode and
not presentation?

I'm using power point to train. I'm trying to figure out how to have a person
enter their name into a text box at the beginning of a presentation and then
have that name appear in diffenrent locations throughout the presentaion but  
at the very least appear on the certificate ...

How do I make a picture that is saved on my desktop the backgound template
for the slides. Im very new to powerpoint so please explain the steps
thoroughly and from the beginning. Thanks!

I have prepared a presentation and one of the slides is an embedded
video (the file is saved on my network drive).  The picture and sound
are fine on my monitor but only a black screen shows up when using the
projector?  Any ideas?

I just openned a powerpoint I created using clip art.  Many of the clip art
images are missing ... the placeholders show up as a red-border box with a
red x through it.  How can I resolve this?

Within a slide, how do I not have the text show up until I click my mouse? I
want to have the title only show up, then I want to click the mouse and have
each bulleted point show up seperately.

A collegue of mine recently restored a file from the recycle bin that he
deleted on accident.  It turns out it was the wrong file, i.e. had only 3
slides intead of the 30+ that he thought were there.  Now the file he worked

I am trying to find out a way to keep the image size while changing the page
size. The PPT I have is made based on 10x7.5 inches. But I need to change it
into 22x7.4 inches. The problem is ,when I change the page size into 22x7.4,
all the images located in the PPT are also changed. ...

Everytime I insert a picture into a slide powerpoint 2007 crashes.This
is the message that appears on the screen.

extends several pixels of a half-transparent white "ghost" beyond the shadow.
If the image is on a white background, this doesn't matter, as you can't see
the ghost. But if the shadowed image is on top of ...

I upgraded from '03 and I used to be able to do a fill effects and select
patterns. For example, the horizontal lines, vertical, diagonal lines, dots,
etc.
I can't find where these are if they are in 07 or not?
