Is it possible to have a user enter their name in a field and then use that
name wherever needed in the rest of the presentation?

OK, this is a good one.  I have an Excel Chart, in it's own chart
sheet, that I copy and paste special==>Enhanced Metafile into PPT.  I

XP Home and PowerPoint 2003. I send out a PPS I created with a wav music
file. I always send myself a copy which comes in with the music but other
