Files are sent to me from PowerPoint 97-2003 version. I place these new files
in Microsoft 2007 PowerPoint version, and do a save as 97-2003 version. I
complete this saved process, so that others that do not have 2007 are able to

I copied a text box from one powerpoint 2003 file to another.  An
obnoxious "paste options" menu is tagged onto the copied text box.  It
is mind boggling that the the menu doesn't contain an option to banish
the menu.  How can one do this?

This is occurring in PP2007. In the slide master, the slide number (‹#›) was
added to a placeholder in the footer. When going into normal slide view, the
slide # does not appear. Why?

I am trying to publish a slideshow as a webpage, and it has sounds on each of
the slide transitions. It works fine as a presentation, but when I save it as

I use PowerPoint XP together with Vista on my new laptop.  however,
PowerPoint crashes somewhat erratically. This doesn't seem connected to any

I would like to select multiple rows of a table in PowerPoint and then
delete these rows. In the past, I have used code that deletes rows one at a
time. However, I am applying this code on many tables over 100 slides and
recursively cycling through rows one by one is very slow.

when we do the image quality in the swf file is significantly decreased (as
