Is there a way to display the presenter's view on a single monitor for
practice and editing purposes?  Or do I have to hook up a 2nd monitor just
to see that view.

When I play a presentation there is a 1 inch black border down each side, so
my presentation does not play full projected screen. How do I get rid of the
