I have read reference books, the online help guide, and read through footer
entries on this discussion group.  I have not been able to see any clear
guidance; I see users figuring out without saying what they did.  Any help
you could provide would be much appreciated:

Hi, I am having trouble with the 3-D effects. It will not allow my to create
these effects on any inserted picutres or text. I am able however to apply
shadowing. Why is this? I would appreciate any answers anyone might have.

After using my paid version of office for 18th months, powerpoint suddenly

I have many powerpoint presentations that were created in Powerpoint 2000
that had movies incorporated into the presentations.  When I open them in
Powerpoint 2007, the movies don't play and their is just a static image.

I want to delete files from the recent documents list in PowerPoint. I'm
afraid that I deleted the file already on the hard drive. (I get a message
that the file path is incorrect when I click on the file in the menu.)

From my laptop I need to project a PP preso (2007) using a BenQ projector.

Hi - I created a chart in excel 2007 then closed and saved the file (as a PPT
2007 [.pptx] file). Now when I open the file, and select the chart I cannot
select any of the "Data" buttons on the Chart Tools / Design / Data tools -  
to edit the chart.
