A presentation was mailed as a pdf to save space but I want to convert it
back to a ppt. I have Office 2003 and Adobe Pro 9.

made since the original.  I've tried using the "Show Markup" feature under
the Review tab, however, that icon is grayed out.  I'm not sure how to gain

PowerPoint 2007:  After viewing the master, I see several slide layouts which
do not show in the drop down menu available from:  Home->Slides->Layout &
right click on slide->Layout.  I have attempted to create a new master and

On the last page of the presentation, I am wanting the next slide to be slide
2 NOT slide 1.  I am using an external "Clicker" so a hyperlink on an object
on the last slide will not work.  I can I do this without duplicating the 2nd
slide after the last one?
