I searched before posting this question. I understand that an events company used software to manage our PowerPpoint, Audio, Flash and video files on a Mac. Does anyone know the name of this program and if there is an equivalent for the Windows environment?

In Power Point 2007, When I copy the presentation to a CD or another computer, the hpyerlinks are lost. What can I do to retain the hyperlinks?? This did not happen in the 2003 version. The links remained.

Powerpoint presentations when moved by stick to a different computer are now .vem files. So far I've only been able to find sites that charge to be able to open these.
