I'm using publisher 2002 and trying to print business
cards on perforated, blank bus card stock - standard 3 1/2
x 2 inch cards, 10 per page. The cards are a standard
template with a color border on the edge of each card.  

I was wondering if there are any graphics programs that would be good for
creating logos and such but also inexpensive and still do a good job.  I
need black text and 4 colors included in the logo and also need to know what
the best format would be to include the logo in Publisher ...

Would someone please define "ripping" to me? I've seen it used and it sounds

I have designed a newsletter in the regular 11 x 17"
