I just got Publisher 2003 what I would like to do is to layout my
pages so that I could create books in te 1-4, 2-3 format. Is there
some template in publisher that would easily do this or could anyone
direct me to some instructions?

When I convert my pub file to PDF the WordArt comes up
missing. Is there a patch for this?

The "Color Printing" option under my Tools menu is
disabled. I need to get to this, as I need to prepare a
color publication to be printed in black and white.
Any suggestions about what is causing this?

I created full color flyers and tried using the
Commercial Printing Tool Single Color option to create
black and white versions.  However, Publisher 2002 is
acting really buggy and only worked on certain files.
