I am working with publication that has texture in background on whole page. How do I delete the texture. I can't seem to select it, even if I move everthing off the page.

All I need to do is adjust the paper size from standard to
legal (8.5x14) before I start work on my project.  I have
tried to adjust via print set up and on my printer, but
