I can not get an address block in mail merge to align correctly under left
justification.  I have used several fonts, and there is always a space on the
first line before the entry.
We are trying to mail a postcard created in publisher and the address block

I have a document in publisher that is made up of jpegs that I inserted and
text that I added in Publisher. Is there a way to extract the jpegs and save
them as individual jpeg files again?

I was asked for JPG or EPS files of a project I worked on. I converted the
Publisher files (using Irfanview) to JPGs/300dpi as was asked for and I was
told that they were very pixilated or unopenable.  I don't have the
capability to convert to EPS (unless someone can tell me how) ...

I created a children's coloring book of 32 pages in Publisher 2002 - I
inserted jpegs and used the text box facility. It is going to be published in
Italy and the printer needs it in .tiff format. Is this possible? The cover
is in color and the rest is black and white.

I am currently trying to make PDF files from Publisher 2002 for CMYK
printing. My original publisher file is a CMYK document, and I've checked to

I am printing a 4 page newsletter on 11x17 paper on a HP 8000.  I just
switched printers, with no problems before.  I now get a full line box all
the around my pages.  How do I remove this box? It reminds me of a text
border, however I have no border there.

When I produce a small ad in Publisher, it looks and prints fine.  However,
when I send it as an email message to a local paper for publication, the
print becomes "shaky" looking during the transmission and prints shaky as
well.  The newspaper did not have Publisher software, so ...

I am creating postcards in Publisher 2002 and saving them as jpg. files. When
I upload them to be printed out I am getting a "recommend not to print"
message. How to I save these files at a high enough resolution to look crisp
and sharp? TIA!

When I change  the color scheme, it changes all pages. How can I have
different colr schemes for different pages? Example: I want my cover page
colored in say DarkBlue scheme, then 3 pages Black and white followed by
another page with a Citrus color scheme and so on...

I'm trying to have some business cards printed by a local shop but they ask
of me to give them a separation of the logo that was created from Publisher
98 with the wizard. Can't find a way to do so. Can some one please help?

this is urgent. please help. I am doing a yearbook for my kids school and
many of the pictures that look normal on the screen, print out as black
squares.
