I have to send my printer a pdf in Adobe Type 1 fonts, no composite fonts,
pdfs should not be trapped, colors should be CMYK and ICC profiles should be
removed.

If I have set my products catalogue project in publisher to be output as CMYK
for printoffice machine purposes, does this override all inserted
jpg-pictures that are originally rgb-ones? Or must these pictures separately

I created an invitation in publisher.  I'm pleased with it, but when I print,
it is printing PINK rather than blue.  Both on the main screen and in print
preview, it is showing it as blue.  I have no idea why the disconnect.
