I'm trying to print PS out of Publisher (2003) but it shows progress bar and finishes but never asks for a filename .IfI select the "to file" check box in the first printer dialog box, it will give me a chance to provide a name, but no file is created.

The Injet Heat Transfer paper I bought says to print at 200-250 DPI, but to
use the design software to set this, not the printer driver control panel.  
Can Publisher (or Powerpoint) do this or do I have to get Photoshop, etc.

Why can't I see artwork in a file when I'm using Publisher 2003?

All the Publisher templates for postcards result in a postcard that cannot be
used.  Standard postcard size is 4x6, publisher templates are 4x5.5.  I

When I save the file as a postscript file it seems to save correctly and I
do get the ps icon on my desktop. I then however can not open the ps. file in
Illustrator CS or make a PDF using Acrobat Distiller 6.
