I created a poster on Microsoft Publisher, dimensions 56x42. I have a large commercial printer but Publisher will not let me increase the page size pass 36. It splits the poster up into separate sheets. How can I change it to print correctly on one poster?

We have a publication with 100 pages, and the printer needs a larger bleed area. When I create the bleed in publisher, and save the pdf to a larger size paper it seems to default to .25" bleed. I need at least .5" bleed to show on the pdf.
