I am trying to print a directory that has 5.5 x 8.5 pages. I uses 5 catalog merge templates that define different page layouts. When I try to append these to make complete the directory book, I get a message that says Publisher unable to do it?

when I paste a small object around 3 x 3 inches (copy + paste special from autocad dwg file) the object is placed on the page pretty close to it's actual size but when I copy one that is 7 inches long it gets distorted
