I have sent a document to a commercial printers that I created in Publisher
2007 and saved as a PDF and a Tiff.  The printer says the the resolution
needs to be at least 300dpi.  The flyer I created from scratch was saved as

I am trying to print a directory that has 5.5 x 8.5 pages. I uses 5 catalog
merge templates that define different page layouts. When I try to append
these to make complete the directory book, I get a message that says
Publisher unable to do it?

I can't get the Pack and Go wizard for Commercial Printing to appear -- at
least, not the correct one.
When I select File>Pack and Go>Take to a Commercial Printer, Publisher opens
