Can anyone recommend a book that teaches the basics to webpage design?  I am
extremely computer literate and never had an interest in designing pages,
but now I want to learn.  Can someone give me some advice.

I tried saving my (W2K) Pub file as MSWord (2000) but it won't let me.  Pub
tells me it's a text file and all the graphics will be lost.  How can I save
the entire file as a word .doc file?

Using Win XP, SharePoint and FP2002, I created a website on my computer. But
each time I am openning the web, the browser ask me about a username and
password. Anonymous access is active in IIS 5.1. How can I get rid of the
