How do I link a Navigation Bar Item to a new window rather than an existing window?

I am building a website and i'd like to add a members
only page.
How can add the functions to keep a role of members and
have them log in to access a special page?

I designed a web site www.atlantaphotographic.org using
MS publisher. All members connected by many different
providers have no problems opening the pages and seeing
the pictures except people connected via AOL. They see

On one computer in a netowrk I am getting an error telling me there is no registered browser to view html files when I try to preview a web page created in publisher.  It offers no help on how to remedy the problem, and nowehere on MS Office help does it tell you how to register ...

I have created a reply form using the form control from
the objects menu bar.  The option and check boxes are not
displayed in the correct place on the web page preview,
and that is the only time I can see where the preset

If you've tried any of the web templates, you know this already
My dilemma is that I really like a particular template ("network") that shipped with the program, but can't deal with index.htm being 800k
Is there a quick way to convert the templates to FrontPage?  Does Microsoft ...

Publisher 2002 insists on converting .jpegs into .png
file types when making index.htm. .png files should be
small but actually come out huge; e.g a 20kb .jpeg
becomes a 1.4 mb.file. Impossible to load!

When we publish our web pages to the internet, some
people tell us that they can't view our pages.  So far it
seems to be Netscape users and Apple/Mac users.  Any

I've set up an order form using publisher but when i
click the submit button it doesn't do anything... it says
the page cannot be displayed.

I am trying to put our 2 page newsletter on our web site.  I can save the publication as a web page, but when I make it a hyperlink, only one page of the newsletter is displayed.  Any suggestions as to how to veiw both pages on the web page?

We are in the process of developing a web site and are not sure about what
screen size & resolution to use.  Any suggestions?
Is it safe to assume that *most* people have 15" screens in 800 x 600 ?  Or
1024 x 768 ?

I understand how to insert a fragment commanding a link to open up into a
new window, but i cant add a fragment to the navigation bar links.
How can I edit the navigation bar so all the links open into new windows
leaving the main page open?
