Why use "save as web archive" versus saving as "web page"? It appears that the "web archive" option saves a much smaller file, but when I use this feature, it only saves the first page of my 70+ page site. Why is that?

I cannot get to add any text to display when the cursor hovers over any hyperlink. The URL or page link details show, but I want to add my own text but what I assume is the entry field in the hyperlink edit menu. Anyone help?

I'm new to all this, I've got myself some space and gone in to the control panel and enabled the frontpage extensions, which went ok. I've produced a email form and a message board using frontpage and they both come back with this page when I test them after uploading the pages:-
