FORMS only work if you upload using http, do not upload forms using ftp. It is a frontpage thing, you must have front page extensions on your web server.

When I worked on my page in Pub 2002, I did a hyperlink on some pages to .pdf files. Now the links don't go anywhere...I uploaded the .pdf files in hopes it would know to go to them...but no luck.
