I've created a site in publisher 2000. How do I upload my site to the
web?

I have seen a number of sites that have google search engine on them, how is

If I try to create a form or insert an html tag on any part of my web page that is not completely blank, I get an error when I 'save as web page' saying that the page contains objects that overlap the form control (or html tag)

All of my pages are named page 0001, 0002, 0003, etc.

On two pages of my website, only while loading, the text scrolls and appears in the wrong place.  It all settles down once loaded

FORMS only work if you upload using http, do not upload forms using ftp. It is a frontpage thing, you must have front page extensions on your web server.

I have made a template in publisher using two tables. How do I add this
template to other web pages in my site and how do I centre it on a
browser so it appears centred in all screen resolutions?

When I worked on my page in Pub 2002, I did a hyperlink on
some pages to .pdf files.  Now the links don't go
anywhere...I uploaded the .pdf files in hopes it would
know to go to them...but no luck.
