If I try to create a form or insert an html tag on any part of my web page that is not completely blank, I get an error when I 'save as web page' saying that the page contains objects that overlap the form control (or html tag)

All of my pages are named page 0001, 0002, 0003, etc.  
They aren't named, for example, my subscription form page

I have a Pulisher 2002 file from one of my clients.
I only have Publisher 2000 on my machine.  Could someone
convert this back for me?  Is there a veiwer for Publisher 2002?

FORMS only work if you upload using http, do not upload forms using ftp. It is a frontpage thing, you must have front page extensions on your web server.

When I worked on my page in Pub 2002, I did a hyperlink on
some pages to .pdf files.  Now the links don't go
anywhere...I uploaded the .pdf files in hopes it would
know to go to them...but no luck.
