My Service Provider (Broadband) allows me a 10 MB web-site with Binary FTP upload. Using WIN XP, Publisher 2000 and IE 6. Can the 'Web Publishing Wizard' in XP be used for this purpose? If so, how can I add my Providers Name to the list of available sites.

My text is rather long and I want to create a link to another place on the same page. Is there anyway to do this on publisher? I could do this quite easily on FrontPage. Thanks, Melinda
