I am wondering about two things...
1. Is the Publisher 2003's "Publish to the Web" the same as Publisher 2002's
"Export as..." in the way it creates the HTML files?
2. Why does Publisher 2003 save the HTML files in such funky names?  What

My Service Provider (Broadband) allows me a 10 MB web-site with
Binary FTP upload. Using WIN XP, Publisher 2000 and IE 6.
Can the 'Web Publishing Wizard' in XP be used for this purpose?
