I noticed on your website that you suggesting unchecking the save supporting files in folder option in web options. I have been saving the files in the index_files folder but it tends to confuse things on the FTP upload.

how do I get the body text to move up the page in the source code, but not on the webpage. The navigation bars push it down to where it shouldn't be.
