Okay, I know that the help files say that if you fill out
a form, and have it save to a file, that file must be
located in the SAME directory as the html form.

I saw your thread from earlier this week.  Why do you consider counters to be unprofessional?  On a budget, how would you try to monitor web traffic to your site

Saving a web page on the desktop gives the html page and separately
saves a yellow folder with all jpgs, gifs, common_scripts.js, and many
more of the page. Well deleting the yellow folder deletes also the html
page or vice versa.
