I have been a Publisher user for about five years, starting out with
Publisher 98, I believe.  I do www.logwell.com, a commercial website,
with Publisher 2000.  It has about 300 pages of content, some quite
long.

How do I configure a hyperlink to open in a separate
window (not within my Website)?

I'd like to put in a reply form, not using one of the pre-defined ones which
I can't seem to be able to edit the individual objects (cut).
Also, I think I formatted the submit button, but it says "page not found"
when I test it.

Is it possible to design a web page with publisher that will show full width
on 800 and 1080 pixel widths?

How do I attach/insert a pdf file to a web site/page that has been designed in Publisher 2003.  I can get the web page entered into the publisher web page, but when I "view in the web" layout it does not open

OK. I officially feel like a computer illiterate. I have
several web sites on the web; 2 are great, but when I
upload the new one, I can not get the links to work. I
read something somewhere about saving the links

I have 6 pages and want to publish it to the web but when
I do, the only page that comes up is the index.htm page.
Is there a certian way to do this so the other pages work
too?
