I am using Publisher 2002 and I want to insert a hyperlink to an .mpg file.  
I cannot get it to work.

web I have inserted several Code Fragments into my site but the 'Insert HTML
Fragment' option will not allow me to cut & paste.  
When I right click in the Properties box I only get 'What's This?' Can this
be changed?  It's a pain having to type everything in manually.

Read help menu on how to insert a hyperlink(e-mail) BUT there is nothing
under insert labeled hyperlink.
Am I missing something?

As I am designing my web page, I have created text boxes and then filled them
with a color so the text is emphasized.
1.  Are the text boxes considered to be graphics?

I can expand my header to cover a large amount of space on my web page top.  
This seems to take care of the left sided justification problem...or so it
appears in the web browser.  I enlarge it to the right edge of the page that
can be viewed.  Any advice?
