is it possible to check a form functionality on a local station. i mean to a station with only Publisher 2003 installed. or do the publisher extensions have to be installed on a server in order for the webbot to work - hence, creating email, reports and so on?

I have a website done in PUblisher. When I go to insert, html code fragment, the box pops up but when I go to paste the fragment, by right clicking, it says what is this. How do I paste HLML code into the box after copying fro elsewhere?
