Is it possible to create a popup in publisher? I'd like to either have a

You had a post on 8/7 regarding problems with publishing your site and error
messages you were getting.  Did you ever resolve this issue?  I am having the

I am now getting a different error message: cannot
connect to the FTP server on the computer name ....co.uk.
Under help its says that the error message is usually
associated with an attempt to access an FTP web site

When I hyperlink a PDF file it works until I publish to the web and the the
"pdf" will not display.  The URL is showing file:///c:/management.pdf.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I did my webpage with Publisher 2000.  When I published to my website, each
page loaded as one big graphic.  In addition, it doesn't resize to the
specifications of each monitor, thus on some computers it loads way too
