resume to my site, but want a viewer to be a able to save or print a Word

When working in Front Page, I know how to use the navigation view and have no
problem with that.  In Publisher, how do I get to the navigation view to be
able to hide pages on the website?

I want to use the hyperlink feature to open a pdf at a specific named
destination.  I use the same hyperlink convention (by adding #destination
name after the file name) as other Office applications, but Publisher keeps
dropping the firt character of the named destination.  ...

When I am working in Publisher, the screen re-writes itself every time I
click in a different area on the page, making it "jump around" on the screen.
This is hard to deal with when I am fine-tuning object positions.  Any way
to suppress the re-write feature?

I am so tired of the margins not staying where I put them in front page;  and
NOW  I can't work with front page at all due to the curser deciding to just
start running away all by itself.

Is there any way to control where the nav bar ends up when the document is

By default, it drops it right in the middle of each page.

I am creating a web page and have text that is too large for a single page. I
do not want to add another page. Is there a way to have the text box show a
scroll bar on a single page?

loads, it loads pretty slow.  I  know about VML, but I don't want to restrict
my audience to Internet Explorer users.  Any ideas?
