How can I add meta tags to a Publisher web site?

After adding a link for an e-mail messgage the e-mail document that is
displayed has the e-mail address of my company in the from box instead of the
To; box.  any attempst to change it don't seem to work.  Any clue as to what
I am doing wrong?

I am using Publisher 2002. How do I insert a wma video file so that Publisher
will add it to the pub file and create a link to play it on the web ?

I purchased Pub 2003. Created an email newsletter using template. Try to
attach per instructions to send via email using MSN. MSN keeps removing the
attachment as "unsafe."  Looked at protocols.  Can't figure out how to my
