im using fpage 2003 and wanted to no if i could force users to see my sight

How can I get the "Roll on¨ effect available in Dreamweaver for my navigation
bar using Publisher? (with this effect, when the user place the pointer of
the mouse on the button, it seems to be pressed, and if the user moves the
pointer away, the button seems to be released)

I want to publish all pictures and content of a website to the server I have.
I would like to know how (step by step) to publish my internet site.

Does anyone have a template and/or a piece of software that would be good
for quoting web design projects?

I am making a website and I want to make a link which will bookmark my site
on the viewers computer when they click it.

We use MS Publisher 2002 SP3 for our Web site.  Recently the navigation bar
started looking funny when it gets exported to HTML. The font looks all
outlined. If the Navigation Bar is ungrouped, the problem goes away. Of
course, ungrouping is not good because our site is 150 pages ...

the radio buttons and use the check boxes instead. However I still have
