I have looked all over, and have not been able to get Publisher 2003 to allow
a <a href="file.html" target="_blank"> (the target="_blank" is the important
part) link to be created.

I have switched from Publisher 97 to 2003 and am having some difficulties.

can't!  I can embed Ppt into the Powerpoint version OK - and can play the

I think that's what happened anyway.  I published my website and I think I
forgot to "save" it and now I need to edit it and it says that publisher can

your suggestion worked until today. Now all of a sudden my website is using
Greek text rather than the ?.  So for example, "know enough" becomes “know
