On my website I will be collecting customer information. For repeat customers I don't want them to have to fill in all address info again. How do I create a form that will allow customer to sign in and verify previously entered information?

When I preview a web page, it tries to do it in Windows Media Player instead of Internet Explorer. I have set my defaults in the XP start menu, but still it tries media player. It was working perfectly until today and no new programs have been added. Please help.
