how can i post downloadable word docs and pdf files in publisher?

I lost my newsletter file.  The .pub file is corrupt.  However, that happened
after I successfully published it to my host server.  So it exists as
www.myrottweilerpups.com, but the file I need to update and republish the
newsletter is gone.

I'm now starting to develop a web site from the MS Publisher, I need a page
for people to do some discussion on it, like a Forum where people can
interact with each other

I am a new user of Publisher. I have planned to design a web site that
allows viwers to enter data (information) such as Company name , Address and
etc. How to store all these data in my local machine and in MS Access

A few questions:-
1. Is there any site I can find additional web design templates for

I have uploaded a wmv file and hyperlink to publisher, it work fine when you
click on the link. Is there any way when my webpage appear the linked files
play atomatically without clicking on the link. I appreciate someone can help

On the help, it suggests that Publisher 2003 is good for "small" sites.  But
I'm not sure what you consider small.
I intend to build a site which will contain about 50 pages,  many of them
with multiple compressed jpeg images (about 60kb for each picture).

Only the first pageof my web site got published, not the remaining 3 pages.
What do I do?

Can I create a hyperlink to a location on the same page? I thought I could
using a bookmark but i can't figure out how to.

I have created a website of my wife's cakes.  Thumbnails of the cakes were
